EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 30 day return policy for all of our items. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
RETURNING FOR EXCHANGE?
Return shipping costs for the return item are payable by the customer. The re-sending of the exchanged items will be free of charge.
RETURNING FOR REFUND?
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have a $5 shipping charge deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed normally within 24-48 hours.
HOW TO ORGANIZE A RETURN?
Simply email email@example.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need!
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Either in the USA or Australia whichever is closer to you. We will provide the address with the Return Authorisation.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags.
We reserve the right to apply a 20% re-stocking fee for excessive purchases which are returned or abuse of our returns policy.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR FAULTY?
No worries, if you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
