EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 30 day return policy for all of our items. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We provide you with a Prepaid Label to help you get the item back to us!
All Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) + $15.90 per item return shipping/handling fee. Refunds are processed normally within 5-7 days.
We do not accept multiple returns of the same item/order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR FAULTY?

No worries, if you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us at returns@camixa.com so we can assist you and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Camixa cannot be held liable for any washing errors or detergent / washing machine or tumble dryer damage. Please see the Care Guide for washing instructions.
