If your order doesn't go as expected, we can make it right the second time! Often just a change in size or color or style can fix it!
Our return policy is 30 days for all items. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
RETURNS AND REFUNDS Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. All Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) + $5.00 per item for restocking and handling. Refunds are processed normally within 5-7 days.
The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags.

Q: If I order multiple items, can I return them for a full refund?
We understand some customers like to order multiple items to decide what to keep. For multiple returned items we require a repackaging fee of $5.00 each per item.
Q: Can I exchange my item multiple times?
We understand some customers like to try on and see an item to decide whether it's right for them and then exchange it, and change their mind again. We don't accept multiple returns for the same item from one order. In the rare cases we do, we require a repackaging fee of $5.00 per item per return.
Q: Can I cancel an order before you ship it?
Yes, there is a 10% cancellation fee as we have already been charged for the transaction costs.
