EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with our shirts, we will offer you a choice of an exchange or refund.
RETURNING FOR EXCHANGE?
Return shipping costs for the return item are payable by the customer.
The re-sending of the exchanged items will be free of charge.
RETURNING FOR REFUND?
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Refunds are processed normally within 24-48 hours.
HOW TO ORGANIZE A RETURN?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need!
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Either in the USA or Australia whichever is closer to you. We will provide the address with the Return Authorisation.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags.
We reserve the right to apply a 20% re-stocking fee for excessive purchases which are returned or abuse of our returns policy.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR FAULTY?
Whilst we hope this doesn't happens, if you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us at email@example.com so we can assist you and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
