HOW TO FIND YOUR SIZE
Option 1: Buy your normal size! Our sizes are very similar to many popular international brands. If you would normally wear, say a Medium, then purchase a Medium! If you normally wear a Large for example, then get our Large as well! Go with the size you're already comfortable with!
Note: If you'd like to have a slightly oversized look and feel, then go one size up.

GETTING YOUR ORDER RIGHT!
As a family owned company we work very hard to make your order perfect, though sometimes it might take a second attempt!
If your order doesn't go as expected, we can make it right the second time! Often just a change in size or color or style can fix it!
Our return policy is 30 days for all items. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
All Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) + $5.00 per item for restocking and handling. Refunds are processed normally within 5-7 days.
The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags.
Need to know about returns:
Q: If I order multiple items, can I return them for a full refund? We understand some customers like to order multiple items to decide what to keep. For multiple returned items we require a repackaging fee of $5.00 each per item.
Q: Can I exchange my item multiple times? We understand some customers like to try on and see an item to decide whether it's right for them and then exchange it, and change their mind again. We don't accept multiple returns for the same item from one order. In the rare cases we do, we require a repackaging fee of $5.00 per item per return.
Q: Can I cancel an order before you ship it? Yes, there is a 10% cancellation fee, as we have already been charged for the transaction costs.

We use AusPost for our shipping from Australia. Once in your country it will be carried & delivered by your country post. Ie, USPS for USA.
- Delivery Times:
We aim to dispatch your order promptly, and the estimated delivery times provided in previous Questions. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding.
- Shipping Costs:
See previous Question. Any applicable taxes or duties will also be reflected in the total order cost.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
- Shipping Partners:
We collaborate with trusted shipping partners to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of your order. However, please note that we are not responsible for any external factors that may impact the shipping process.
- Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery Confirmation:
Your order will be considered delivered when the carrier's tracking system indicates successful delivery to the address provided. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
- Liability Disclaimer:
CAMIXA will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer if the product is not delivered within the timeframes listed above. Once your order has been dispatched, CAMIXA is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier/delivery company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. While we will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, we will not provide a replacement or refund in such cases.
- Return to Sender (RTS):
In case of RTS, the customer is responsible for all expenses, fees, and/or additional costs associated with the return.
