What does the color red mean on a woman's outfit?
Red is one of the most alive colours. Red grabs attention and  is associated with excitement, passion, danger, energy, courage and speed. 

It makes shy people "speak", and it can build excitement and even encourages appetite! 
It implies a pioneering spirit and leadership qualities, promoting ambition and determination. 

It has different connotations in different cultures. However, in Western society it is associated with seduction. It's the color of love, passion and  blood.
It incites to make a scene. A woman dressed in red will be certainly noticed. 
Wearing red she is expressing character, independence, strength, determination.

Often business women wear a red blouse in important meetings, conferences, or in special occasions to convey confidence.

Red is often warn at Christmas time. Traditional X-mass colors are green and red. 
The color red is used at Christmas to represent the blood of Jesus when he died on the cross; it also reflects the color of holly berries.
